CAFE MANAGER

Lead our team as a Café Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our high-quality coffee and food standards.

OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Be the backbone of our operations, and administration providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth workflows behind the scenes at Miss Cocoa’s.

COFFEE TECH

Our Coffee Tech expert maintains and services brewing equipment in house and for customers to keep coffee flowing.



COFFEE ROASTER

Craft the perfect roast as a Coffee Roaster, transforming green beans into the rich, flavorful coffee Miss Cocoa’s is known for.



SALES

Drive growth in our wholesale division by connecting businesses with our premium roasted coffee, and full product range by offering top-tier service to our partners.



WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION

Manage our inventory and ensure smooth operations in our Warehouse and Distribution team, keeping Miss Cocoa’s products moving efficiently to our customers and between our venues.
