IMPORTANT STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW

We love our customers, and we’ll do what we can to ensure we can meet your needs within the scope of our work. Here are a few items to consider when choosing Miss Cocoa’s Coffee Roastery Drive-thru.

Booking Deadlines:

We cannot guarantee that we can fulfil your order without at least three days’ notice. If you require an urgent order, please call us.

Contact:

Once we receive your information via the form, we will contact you to discuss the details and take your deposit.

As a valued customer, you will inform us of any dietary needs and changes to your booking.

We’ll check in with you a few days before you pick up your goodies. (We do not deliver.)

Payments:

We accept credit card payments only unless otherwise agreed upon with management. A 50% deposit is required when placing your order.

Booking Changes & Cancellations:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your catering booking, please provide at least 48 hours before your event date.

Cancellations after the notice period will forfeit the deposit.

Pick up

Your order will be packaged in catering boxes and ready for easy pickup. To have your hot and cold drinks ready for your scheduled pick-up time, please place your order 2 days prior.

Head over to the order form to review hot and cold breakfast, lunch, sweet and drink options and place your order request.

Once we have received and reviewed your order, we will call you to finalise the details and take a deposit payment.
