Our catering menu may change from time to time, and we aim to maintain it for accuracy. Should there be any variation to your order, we will discuss it with you during our first call.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU TAKE URGENT ORDERS?

We usually require at least 3-5 days notice of your order. However, we will do our best to meet your needs.

If your order is urgent, please call the cafe and ask for a Cafe Manager. Miss Cocoa’s: 07 4325 3107.

BOOKING DEADLINES

We require 3-5 days notice to fulfil catering orders. This ensures we have the staff on hand to produce your order with the care it deserves. 

BOOKING CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule or cancel your catering booking, please provide at least 48 hours before your event date.

Cancellations after the notice period will forfeit the deposit.

CAN YOU GIVE ME GUIDANCE/RECOMMENDATIONS ON MY ORDER?

You can pop into Miss Cocoa’s to have a chat with one of the Cafe Managers or call us to have a chat. We can assist you with the right level of food for your function.

WHY IS MY ORDER AN ORDER REQUEST?

We like to ensure we have a solid understanding of your order. Once you have submitted the order request form or emailed us with your needs, we will call you to review the details.

During the call, we will take your deposit (if you haven’t already paid) and discuss your pick-up time. 

HOW DO I PAY?

Miss Cocoa’s prefers credit card payments.

At the time of your booking confirmation we will take the 50% deposit from you. We will do this over the phone, or you can pay in person at the cafe.

To pay online you will have spoken with one of the Miss Cocoa’s team to confirm your order requirements.

 

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN, VEGETARIAN & GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

We cater for gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free needs. 

When you complete your order request form, or speak with us, please inform us on what you need.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED MY REQUEST?

After completing the order form, you’ll receive a copy via email. We’ll then contact you to discuss details and secure your deposit. You will be called within the business day.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or booking changes. 

A few days before pickup, we’ll check in with you – of course you can contact us during open hours too.

Please note that we do not offer delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We create – you collect.

Your order will be packaged in catering boxes and ready for easy pickup. Please confirm your Drink order two days before your scheduled pick-up time. 

Please bring a friend to collect your order, especially if you have drinks to pick up.

AN ITEM I ORDERED WASN'T ABLE TO BE PROVIDED; WHY DID THAT HAPPEN?

Due to seasonality or logistics issues, we may not be able to provide one of your preferred items. On the rare occasion this may occur, we will call you to discuss the other tasty options.
