REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Miss Cocoa’s Coffee Roastery Drive-thru (Miss Cocoa’s) is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Cancellations Return Coffee Roasters complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds.
We strive to provide the best quality coffee products to our valued customers online and in-store. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, but only if the product is deemed faulty. To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and guide you through the return process.
Refunds: If your returned product is deemed faulty, we will process a refund for the purchase amount. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for our products. However, if you received a faulty item and would like a replacement, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you accordingly.
Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments. Taxes may be incurred to receive orders outside Australia.
Non-Returnable Items: Coffee beans or grind types cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are deemed faulty.
Saleable Condition: All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

We are not responsible for late or non-delivery caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you with any claims against the carrier.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods during transit.
Refunds will only be issued for products purchased directly from our online store.

Where you are enrolled in a subscription membership, by accepting these terms, you agree that you have read and understood that you can cancel your subscription membership at any time, by logging into your account at www.misscocoas.com.au, clicking on ‘My Account’, clicking on memberships and cancelling your membership. No refunds are given on membership subscriptions as you pay for access to the product or content, not consumption of the product; and are free to cancel your membership access at any time as per these instructions. Any chargebacks and dispute fees made through PayPal, Stripe, bank or other means will be appealed against you as per the Terms and Conditions that you agree to herein, along with a screenshot of your agreement to these upon your digital enrolment.

Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms & Conditions of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Miss Cocoa’s may assign its rights and duties under the Terms & Conditions without notice to any party at any time.
