SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Subscription Plans
- Subscribers can choose from the following subscription plans when available:
- Every two weeks
- Once a month
- Once every six weeks
Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are ongoing until the subscriber cancels them.
Payment
Payment will be processed automatically based on the chosen subscription frequency.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Delivery
Coffee beans will be delivered to the address provided by the subscriber. The subscriber is required to ensure postal details are correct.
The delivery schedule will be based on the chosen subscription frequency.
Modifications
Subscribers can modify their subscription frequency or skip deliveries through their account portal.
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel their subscription/s at any time through their account portal.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery will apply to the following delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for partially used subscriptions.
Refunds for unused subscriptions are subject to review and may incur administrative fees.
Quality Assurance
Miss Cococa’s Coffee Roastery Drive Thru ensures the quality and freshness of coffee beans delivered.
Any issues with the product should be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
Privacy
Subscriber information will be kept confidential and used solely for subscription-related purposes.
Payment information is securely processed and encrypted for use by Miss Cococa’s Coffee Roastery Drive Thru.
All other policies underpin the Subscription Terms and Conditions.
